Description

• Provides consulting services to client agency staff on a contract basis. • Services are focused on Texas agency clients and are provided through both on-site field and remote activities. • Executes the activity specified in each contract. • Provides a high level of service and expertise to the client. • Ensures each project is completed per the client’s contract. • Promotes and maintains the integrity of HealthCare ConsultLink.

Requirements

• Must possess a current RN license in the home state and be willing to apply for additional licensure in other states, as needed. • Current driver’s license required. • At least three (3) years of experience in the pediatric licensed home health industry. • A minimum of two (2) years of recent pediatric home health experience is preferred. • At least one year of recent home health administrative or supervisory experience is preferred; multi-site management experience is preferred. • Must have knowledge of clinical and regulatory pediatric home health guidelines with emphasis on operational and quality impacts of compliance with regulations, as well as related clinical best practices. • Knowledge of pediatric home health funding programs is required. • Experience in various electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred. • Must be able to read and write in English and follow instruction. • Must possess reasonable knowledge in computer systems and be able to communicate well both verbally and through written documentation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred. • Must be confident in presentational skills and able to address groups of various sizes, as well as train individually in a one-on-one setting. • Must be able to work independently while demonstrating a high level of productivity and quality. • Must demonstrate above average interpersonal skills and time management skills. • Reliable transportation and valid and current auto insurance required.
