Description
• Provide consulting services to client agency staff on a contract basis. • Services provided through both on-site field and remote activities. • Execute the activity specified in each contract, providing a high level of service and expertise to the client. • Ensure each project is completed per the client’s contract. • Promote and maintain the integrity of HealthCare ConsultLink.
Requirements
• Must possess a current RN license in the home state and be willing to apply for additional licensure in other states, as needed. • Current driver’s license required. • At least five (5) years of experience in the personal attendant services (PAS) industry. • A minimum of three (3) years of recent PAS program experience is preferred. • At least one year of recent PAS administrative or supervisory experience and multi-site management experience are preferred. • Must have knowledge of regulatory PAS program guidelines with emphasis on operational and quality impacts of compliance with regulations, as well as related best practices. • Experience with Medicaid-funded programs is preferred. • Must be able to read and write in English and follow instruction. • Should possess reasonable knowledge in computer systems and be able to communicate well both verbally and through written documentation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred. • Must be confident in presentational skills and able to address groups of various sizes, as well as train individually in a one-on-one setting. • Must be able to work independently while demonstrating a high level of productivity and quality. • Must demonstrate above average interpersonal skills and time management skills. • Reliable transportation and valid and current auto insurance required. • Regional and overnight travel required (60-70% of the time).
