Requirements

• Experience in CRM and Retention departments, showcasing strong expertise in customer segmentation and direct marketing channels. • Proven experience with Marketing and CRM platforms or campaign managers for operating owned channels such as email marketing and SMS. • Familiarity with push notifications is a valuable plus. • Previous experience leading squads or multidisciplinary teams, including collaboration with creative teams to align messaging and strategy effectively. • Demonstrated ability to work closely with data scientists to analyze daily conversion and retention metrics, using insights to refine campaigns and drive results.
