📋 Description
• Craft stunning visuals and big ideas for integrated marketing campaigns • Create visuals and images for campaign-level social-forward campaigns • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers • Assist teams with storyboarding, shot lists, and creative direction • Implement feedback from internal and client teams • Proactively track, prioritize, organize, and implement tasks • Establish and maintain positive professional relationships
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director for an integrated marketing agency • Award-winning or award-worthy portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail • Proven experience developing campaign-level ideation • Flexible, adaptable, and calm creative individual • Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines • Organized, detail-oriented, and friendly • Even-tempered and able to interact and adapt well under pressure • Must prioritize multiple projects successfully • Apply knowledge, experience, and learnings to solve problems
