Description

• Responsible for bringing in new Trala music students by taking onboarding sales calls • Sending texts and emails to students reminding them of the call and following up with new students • Handling communication with prospective students and following sales procedures • Training sessions and continuous coaching for skill refinement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a music related field • Ability to understand and communicate fundamental musical concepts • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to problem solve on a live call • Ability to work weekends and evening hours • Fluent in English and based in a North American time zone • Fluent in Spanish would be an advantage

Benefits

• Half of the commission is paid when the sale is made, the other half paid after the student takes their first lesson (typically 7–14 days after the call) • Administrative hours (attending training sessions) are paid at $25 per hour • Pay schedule is every two weeks
