📋 Description
• A Customer Opinion Research Analyst gathers and interprets data on customer satisfaction and customer feedback for the business. • As a Customer Opinion Research Analyst, your job duties include collecting customer feedback from multiple sites and platforms, analyzing data, and creating reports in a requested format. • Customer Opinion Research Analyst is a role where you efficiently gather customers feedback, you are confident at data gathering, categorization, monitoring, and reporting. • Contract type: Full-Time • Service opening: Mon-Sun: 08:00-17:00 • Work mode: remotely: Anywhere nationwide (within Hungary)
🎯 Requirements
• Responsible for reading and manual categorization of customer comments in English • Searching the Internet for information about software problems • Daily reporting • Data analysis and preparation of clear summaries in the PPT • Market research, product comparison, identifying strengths and weaknesses. • Highly customer focused. • Good attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills • Proficient computer skills are necessary, particularly in utilizing MS Office applications. • Working Collaboratively • Planning & Organizing • Positive conduct • At least High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred • Previous experience in BPO and Customer Service and/or technical account • Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document. • Excellent communication skills ((Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels
