Description
• Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform • Ensure the smooth operation of Workday systems • Manage security configurations • Support departments with troubleshooting • Assist IT Project Manager with implementation and launch of Workday HCM • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to provide solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, or a related field • Three years or more as a Workday Administrator • Workday Certification preferred • Prior experience with implementation and roll-out of an HRIS (Workday strongly preferred) • Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Workday Adaptive Planning • Advanced experience with Workday security configuration and business process management • Ability to prioritize multiple projects of varying complexity • Commitment to managing and maintaining confidentiality, honesty and integrity in this role • Experience and familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies, e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds • Must have strong critical thinking skills, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Mission-driven and desire to make a positive impact in the workplace
