• Manage all aspects of administration for an assigned block of plans • Consult with plan sponsors and advisors regarding plan related matters • Ability to read and interpret plan documents • Calculate employer contributions (including cross-tested contributions) • Perform all annual compliance testing • Calculate and process refunds (including 415 refunds) • Complete Form 5500, Form 5500-SFs, and Form 5330 • Assist clients with the correction of operational issues
• Bachelor's degree preferred • 5+ years of A-Z administration is required • Experience working “unbundled” with national daily recordkeeping platforms is required • Experience with ASC, Relius, Datair, or FT Williams is required • Experience with Pension Pro is a plus, but not required • ESOP/KSOP knowledge is required • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software quickly • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Self-starter, detail-oriented, motivated • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • QKA professional designation is desired or willingness to obtain
