• Want to use your skills to positively impact a fast-paced, growing business? • Looking to advance your career in an entrepreneurial environment? • We are a professional services firm that provides third-party retirement plan administration services for companies that sponsor Employee Stock Ownership (ESOPs) and 401(k) Plans. • As a Senior ESOP Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, and regulatory reporting. • We strongly promote work-life balance with our remote option or on-site at one of our office locations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics • 10+ years’ experience working specifically on ESOP administration including ESOP related compliance testing such as 409(p) testing • Strong technical knowledge of ESOP’s and other qualified retirement plans • Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification highly desirable • Experience in ESOP plan review highly desirable • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and advanced level Excel skills
