• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics • 10+ years’ experience working specifically on ESOP administration including ESOP related compliance testing such as 409(p) testing • Strong technical knowledge of ESOP’s and other qualified retirement plans • Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification highly desirable • Experience in ESOP plan review highly desirable • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and advanced level Excel skills
