📋 Description
• Manage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery (OTD). • Directly manage complex and/or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and throughout the collaboration with clients. • Serve as the primary PjM point of contact with clients, attending meetings and presenting production data and improvement plans during business reviews. • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. • This position will include the possibility to work on holidays and/or weekends, if necessary. • A training period in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome (Italy), can be organised for the successful candidate.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management. • Knowledge of the localization process and CAT-tools. • Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. • Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity. • Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner. • Capable of simplifying complex information. • Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. • Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail. • Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.
