β€’ Conducting sales: Effectively drive our services’ sales β€’ Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives β€’ Sales Calls: Respond promptly to inquiries by conducting personalized, sales-focused calls with interested customers. β€’ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction β€’ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends β€’ Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes β€’ Collaboration: Collaborate with relocation, job search and marketing departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives β€’ Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans

Requirements

β€’ Experience of working in a startup or company of <100 people is required β€’ Experience in sales of B2C digital services or EdTech β€’ Strong understanding of B2C sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics β€’ Ability to analyze data to enhance sales performance β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite β€’ English (C1), Russian (Π‘1)
