• Conducting sales: Effectively drive our services’ sales • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives • Sales Calls: Respond promptly to inquiries by conducting personalized, sales-focused calls with interested customers. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes • Collaboration: Collaborate with relocation, job search and marketing departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans
🎯 Requirements
• Experience of working in a startup or company of <100 people is required • Experience in sales of B2C digital services or EdTech • Strong understanding of B2C sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics • Ability to analyze data to enhance sales performance • Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite • English (C1), Russian (С1)
