Requirements

• A solid understanding of IT landscape. • Strong ability to evaluate customers’ skills and qualifications to match them with the right IT job opportunities. • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail for composing effective CVs and cover letters tailored to specific roles. • Proficiency in using online job search platforms and professional networking sites like LinkedIn. • Strong research skills to find companies and job openings based on client criteria. • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Experience with Canva/Figma is a plus. • Fluent in English (B2-C1) and Russian (C1).
