📋 Description
• Resolve escalated security incidents and manage breaches. • Perform threat hunting and utilise threat intelligence for operational workloads. • Support customers in discovering, prioritising, and resolving risks to security posture. • Triage and remediate SIEM incidents and alerts • Document customer’s infrastructure/assets, threat hunting and threat intelligence. • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery team. • Participate in out-of-hours rota for escalation paths. • Provide feedback and take part in continuous improvement program. • Manage customer complaints through to resolution. • Assist Service Delivery team with customer facing reports.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous SOC experience essential. • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Entra, Defender for Cloud, XDR suite, and Intune. • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems. • Linux experience is a bonus. • Advanced knowledge and experience in networking products and frameworks. • Advanced knowledge of Kusto Query Language and PowerShell scripting languages required. • Excellent technical document writing experience. • Relevant industry certifications. • Self-motivated, and organised. • Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly. • Ability to work to customer and internal deadlines.
