📋 Description

• Utilize bilingual skills in a professional setting as an Over the Phone Interpreter • Provide consecutive interpretation services Over-The-Phone remotely • Assist clients in real-time over Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) calls • Demonstrate excellent customer service practices and clear communication • Participate in training and demonstrate industry-specific knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Required • Work from Home experience Required • Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and Vietnamese at an above average level • Ability to pass a language assessment • Bilingual customer service experience Required • Required work tools to Work from Home: quiet, private space; Windows or Mac computer with 8GB RAM or higher; Broadband Internet connection of at least 25Mbps download/upload speed; Windows 10 / OS X Yosemite; Processor Speed 2GHz or higher; CPU no more than 5 years old; Functioning Webcam
