Description

• Work Location: Remote within the United States • Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, during normal business hours • Engagement Model: Full-time employment (FTE) • Estimated Start Date: ASAP • Responsible for successful execution of a range of AI-Data projects • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality requirements • Foster professional client relationships, manage external vendors, and lead cross-functional project teams • Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials • Track, monitor, and control project performance • Provide effective risk management and resolution of issues • Organize and deliver a Post Project Review • Identify opportunities and drive improvements for operational efficiency • Contribute to the department's knowledge and capability development

Requirements

• Knowledge of AI industry • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Excellent critical-thinking and analytical skills • Effective use of platforms/systems to plan, organize, and prioritize to ensure successful project completion • Established expertise in project management skills and methodologies • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills • Demonstrated exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Established competency in using business applications and collaboration tools, including Microsoft and Google Workspace products • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent • 3+ years’ relevant project management experience or experience in similar roles • Experience supporting Machine Learning data annotation services, data collection, transcription, and staffing in an AI setting • Experience in end-to-end management of projects (total project lifecycle) • Experience with project financials including proposals, RFPs, RFQs, MSAs, budgets, GM, quotes, and SOWs • Ability to apply technology in solving business technical problems • Established expertise in applying PMI/PMP management principles, methods, and standards • Business English language proficiency • Experience working with support ticketing systems • Experience working with crowd workers/community • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment • Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization • Awareness of different Image Annotation platforms such as DataLoop or Supervisely • Awareness of Image Annotation: Lidar image annotation, annotations for Autonomous Driving, and other 2D image annotation
