Description
• Ensure quality and functionality of LivePerson and Horizon platforms through rigorous user acceptance testing. • Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans and test cases. • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure test coverage. • Identify, document, and track defects and issues. • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing. • Document detailed test reports. • Participate in requirement reviews.
Requirements
• 2 - 3 yrs Proven experience in UAT process. • BCom Information Systems/relevant qualification • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in test management tools and software. • Experience in JIRA is desirable
