Description

• Manage Client case activity reporting. • Problem solving for billing and collections inquiries. • KPI reporting, including monthly T&E. • Gathering of internal data points from stakeholders to create an external communication and case studies. • Support internal and external conferences with scheduling and administrative support, including coordinating with other departments and external vendors. • Backup support for secondary Administrative position on Breach Team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in an administrative position. • Education or certifications can be considered in lieu of experience. • Ability to manage multiple tasks moving at varying pace. • Proficient with MS Office suite. • Strong written and verbal communication skills - advanced English skills. • Excellent interpersonal skill. • Keen attention to detail. • Problem-solving abilities. • Results driven, solution and goal oriented. • Team player; collaborative work style is vital as is in keeping with companywide ethos.
