Description

• Create engaging and interactive learning materials and courses for various audiences and levels of expertise. • Deliver training sessions in different formats, such as online, in-person, or blended, using various tools and platforms. • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. • Provide support to individual users or teams to improve system usability. • Leverage outputs from user system navigation pattern analysis to identify areas where users need feedback. • Provide feedback to product owners regarding any challenges users are facing. • Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of training content and delivery as part of the Adoption, Enablement and Communications team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, instructional design or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably on Salesforce or other CRM/technology platforms. • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Developer, or willing to obtain certification within 12 months of hire. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other online tools and platforms that deliver clear, coordinated and action-oriented content.
