Description

• Serve on a scrum team to write test cases for development efforts • Write code to automate testing of UIs, APIs, and other backend components. • Create test plans and automated functional, regression, unit, security, stress, and load tests.

Requirements

• Experience in FinTech and global teams • 3+ years of Automation QA experience • Advanced formal education or third-party certifications • Experience with security automation, static and dynamic code checking tools • Python programming experience • Experience testing APIs • Experience with DevOps automation • Excellent troubleshooting skills, and ability to communicate detailed technical analysis • Excellent interpersonal, writing and problem-solving skills • Flexible, adaptable and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Experience in quality assurance engineering, preferably in testing a sophisticated web-based business application • Proficient in writing QA test scripts • Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages and multiple test automation tools such as Selenium, SOAPUI against the full solution stack (UI, App Layer, API, Web Service, batch jobs, etc) • Experience with industry-standard QA tools for defect tracking, source control, and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Rally) • Strong software configuration/integration testing and automation experience • Ability to critique work of self and others constructively
