Description

• The Tradeshow Specialist role supports business stakeholders with event research, management and execution of TransUnion’s presence at third-party events. • This role specifically focuses on the Insurance line of business and manages all components of TransUnion’s activation at designated tradeshows. • The position will focus on execution excellence and help create activations to maximize lead collection and grow the business.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in event management/hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field. • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience executing tradeshows. • Experience leading cross functional teams and managing agencies/vendors. • Understanding of event technical production and logistics. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve, manage multiple projects/events at one time, and consistently meet deadlines. • Strong people skills, willingness to accept and provide direction, ability to work independently while remaining a team player. • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time. Note that most of these tradeshows will not require travel. There may be opportunities for travel on occasion. • Cvent experience a plus.
