📋 Description
• As a Cruise Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for leisure and corporate clients in destinations all around the world! • Coordinators handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, car rentals, theme parks, event tickets, and more. • Arrange travel for business and vacation customers for all occasions • Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs • Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips • Find fare and schedule information • Calculate total travel costs • Book reservations for travel, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions • Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas • Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions • Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip • Create itineraries for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings, honeymoons and more
🎯 Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old • Must be a citizen and authorized to work within the USA or Mexico • Must be fluent in English • Must have computer and/or smartphone with internet access • You must be comfortable working with minimal supervision • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background is a plus, but not required) • No previous experience as a cruise coordinator? No worries! Passion and the right skill set are all we’re looking for.
