Company Description • Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. Job Responsibilities: • Take notes from meetings and organize them into actionable tasks. • Confirm agreed-upon schedules and book them in the appropriate calendars. • Follow up with freelancers and team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. • Track project progress, flagging any delays or roadblocks. • Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and project timelines. • Maintain a structured workflow to ensure all marketing projects run efficiently. • Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership.
Must-Have Requirements: • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Detail-oriented mindset – able to track and follow up on every aspect of a project. • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external freelancers. • Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools. • Tech-savvy – comfortable using project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.). • Experience with Motion is a plus, but not required.
