📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP Coordinator and Writer to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire RFP process, from tracking deadlines to writing and submitting responses. • This role requires excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • The RFP Coordinator and Writer will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth. • Coordinate the entire RFP process, including tracking deadlines, gathering necessary information, and ensuring timely submission. • Develop clear, concise, and compelling RFP responses that effectively communicate our company’s value proposition. • Work closely with sales, marketing, technical teams, and other key stakeholders. • Proofread and edit RFP responses to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Maintain and update a library of standard RFP responses and supporting documents. • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in RFP writing. • Assist in the creation of additional business development materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in RFP coordination and writing, preferably within a similar industry. • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant proposal management tools. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
