Description

• As a Tech Lead, you will lead a team focused on integrating internal tools to enhance operational efficiency within our company. • The team goal is to automate and optimize internal processes by integrating internal systems such as Salesforce and Java and JavaScript-based services. • You will be the technical lead and manage a small team of software engineers. • We seek a senior engineer with strong expertise in dealing with complex architecture while having a business-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• You are a senior engineer with extensive experience in backend integrations and a good understanding of best architecture practices such as DDD, event-driven architecture, APIs and Service-oriented architecture. • You have a proven track record of leading technical teams. • You have strong engineering foundations and proficiency in Java or Javascript. • You have excellent communication skills and a passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices. • You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. • You have experience with other relevant technologies and tools, such as Salesforce, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, security practices, performance optimization, and scalable architectures.
