Description

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to effectively execute data architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role. • Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts. • Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes. • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python. • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Snowflake and Databricks. • Expertise in big data architectures, including data lakes, lakehouses, and MLOps architectures, with a focus on technologies like vector and graph databases. • Proficiency in integrating business intelligence tools like PowerBI and Tableau into the overall data architecture. • Understanding of data governance and data QA practices. • Knowledge of medical claims data, including Medicare FFS, Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage, with an understanding of data ontology and taxonomy. • Experience working with medical coding systems (ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, MS DRG, NPPES, NPI, etc.) • Experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is desirable. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
