• Lead the development and execution of the Asia Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with regional objectives. • Collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to drive customer engagement, identify and leverage market opportunities, and deliver measurable results. • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads. • Identify target audiences and create customized campaigns to engage them at different stages of the buyer’s journey. • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, paid media, webinars, and events. • Coordinate and execute logistics for regional events and campaigns. • Implement marketing programs with key channel partners to increase product visibility, generate leads, and drive sales. • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback. • Coordinate and execute regional webinars as part of our global campaigns program. • Design and execute lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel. • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads. • Partner with content and creative teams to produce compelling assets, such as whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and infographics. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategy. • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI. • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, channel, corporate comms, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, both at a marketing and industry level.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology markets. • At least 2 years being responsible for the demand generation function at a SaaS or Cyber Security company. • Experience working with teams across global timezones • Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness. • Deep understanding of optimization requirements at the different stages of the funnel. • In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems, experience with SalesForce, Pardot and 6Sense is a strong asset. • Strong project management skills. • Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward. • Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention). • Outstanding English communication and language skills
