Description

• Develop features for Trellix’s XDR platform • Build new product features and fix existing sustaining issues • Produce clean and efficient code • Expected to code unit tests and unit integration tests • Experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production services on AWS • Understanding of web-based design patterns including REST-based APIs, multi-threading, and event-driven architectures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• 3 – 7 years working experience as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) • Proficient in Java, Node.js, Angular, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services like Lambda, EKS and EC2 • Proven track record of shipping high quality and scalable software • Demonstrable experience in writing clean code quickly, preferably using Node.js and Java • Hands-on current experience authoring, building, and maintaining cloud-native software • Integrate test automation into CI/CD process with tools like Jenkins, Team City, or GitHub Actions • Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies • Strong communication skills and be self-driven to work remotely • Knowledge of IAM systems and usage of Identity Providers is a plus • Experience building and supporting applications leveraging databases and caching technologies • Experience with Kafka and streaming technologies
