Description

• Delivering high-quality, well-tested software from front to back with a focus on security and maintainability. • Lead a team that develops and maintains a system for client end-users, including well-designed APIs and user experiences. • Collaborating with engineering, product management, stakeholders, designers, and clients to deliver commitments. • Mentoring and coaching junior staff members, ensuring a consistent approach to technology application.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience as a software engineer • Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership within software engineering teams • Demonstrated experience building modern, secure, maintainable, and high-performance software • Understanding of and experience integrating with APIs and external web services • Proficiency in Java / SpringBoot frameworks • Experience with AWS or Heroku cloud platforms a plus • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deploying to a cloud platform • Experience with distributed systems • Fintech experience will help, but not required.
