📋 Description
• T-Rex Solutions is looking to select a Cloud Engineer to support the US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. • This effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions to meet the Department of Treasury’s enterprise-wide infrastructure needs. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and designing cloud solutions (within AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI) and designing/building solutions, and processes to deploy, operate, and maintain resilient secure Cloud environments.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and at least 4 years' experience • Proven background working in cloud environments with experience and knowledge in 4 or more of the following areas: • Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban • Agile collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory) • CSPs including Azure, AWS, or OCI • Containerization and container management with Kubernetes and Helm • Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation • Git, branching strategies, GitFlow and/or GitHub Flow • Cloud high availability and scalability best practices and architectures • Disaster Recovery planning and implementation in cloud environments
