📋 Description
• Manage a territory and close deals with end-users for TRG solutions • Generate new revenues and build the sales pipeline • Formalize value propositions based on customer needs and TRG offerings • Manage partners and agents networks • Oversee sales processes, negotiations, and team performance • Lead all aspects of lead generation and conversion • Develop a strategic plan for expanding TRG's client base • Build and maintain regional channel ecosystem and high-level networks • Responsible for business development and client needs assessment • Meet assigned targets and coordinate sales efforts
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of sales experience with software solutions for governmental customers • Experience in leading a team of Sales Managers • Work experience of selling through channels and agents • Proven track record of managing big sales accounts/deals • Experience in the intelligence domain is considered a plus • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Team player with a can-do attitude • Fluent in English
