Description

• Drive the UX/UI design process from initial concept to final implementation • Take full ownership of your work cycle • Shape the UX strategy aligned with product strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs • Evolve our Design System in collaboration with other designers • Mentor and support junior team members • Contribute to research that drives user-oriented design decisions

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product design • Proven track record of designing SaaS products for B2B clients • Expertise in interaction design • Proficient in visual design and Design System maintenance • Mastery in Figma • Experience working in an agile design delivery process • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Open and adaptable mindset • Fluent in English • Experience in quantitative research (considered a plus) • Knowledge working with map-centric and/or BI projects (a plus) • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or JS (nice to have)
