📋 Description
• We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team for an international project. • The professional will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimized to meet the organization's needs. • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management, and others. • Ensure the platform is running efficiently and without interruptions. • Implement and manage system updates and patches. • Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement. • Make adjustments and configurations based on user and organizational needs. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions that enhance processes. • Manage users, permissions, and security settings within the platform.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience with ServiceNow administration. • Knowledge of modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Experience with system integrations and automation within the platform. • ServiceNow Administrator certification (preferred). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Advanced English skills required for communication with international teams.
