• Work closely with scaling companies in Europe • Set up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process • Communicate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders • Analyze best sources of candidates, advertise effectively, and run sourcing activities • Deliver solutions for clients • Actively come up with and implement ideas to improve clients' hiring funnel • Solid understanding of recruitment process and positive candidate experience • Use data to make better decisions and drive results • Optional: Experience in corporate recruitment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role • Hands-on experience with ATS's • In-house recruiter mindset • Ability to use data to make better decisions and drive results • Optional: Experience in corporate recruitment
