Description

• Overseeing the complete Bookkeeping function of the business entities. • Ensuring close coordination with the Back-office operations for Bookkeeping and MIS. • Formulation of Annual Operating Plans and implementation of the same. • Responsible for ensuring Risk Mitigation Measures in place for the Business operations. • Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting. • Financial reporting supported by due analysis and deviation reporting. • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business. • Ensuring Internal control and internal checks in the system. • Ensuring there is no revenue leakage in the system, act as custodian of all the assets of the enterprise. • Coordination with Credit Control Team Budget consolidation. • Cash flow management/ Liasioning with the bankers. • Ensuring Compliance with Statutory law and Financial regulations • Mentoring of direct team members. • Managing cross functional teams as per the Business requirement and playing Business support role in major commercial decisions. • Statutory Audit handling and ensuring Tax Compliance and coordination with Revenue Authorities whenever necessary.

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of Experience handling the entire Accounts & Operations • Accountability • Innovation - Proactive • Collaboration • Judgement & Decision Making • Interpersonal communication
