Description

• Responsible for leading and executing the entire sales process engaging suppliers in the food and agriculture industry. • Identify and generate marketplace customer leads, qualifying prospects, contacting, negotiating, and closing deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. • Monitor trends in food and agriculture to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management. • Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers. • Experience in people management and building high performing sales teams. • Self-sufficient focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results. • Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English communication skills. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Strong relationship management skills. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with attention to detail. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Strong business acumen, creative thinking and presentation skills.
