• Responsible for leading and executing the entire sales process to engage suppliers in the food and agriculture industry to join Tridge’s Marketplace platform. • Identify and generate marketplace customer (seller) leads, qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals. • Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain high levels of engagement and partnership. • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to drive revenue growth and profitability. • Continuously monitor trends in the food and agriculture industries to identify new business opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management • Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors) • Experience in people and team management and building high performing sales teams • Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results • Fluent speaker of Spanish with advanced written and verbal communication skills in English • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to engage senior stakeholders • Strong relationship management skills • Must prioritize and multi-task with attention to detail • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong business acumen, creative thinking and presentation skills
