🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience working with AI visual tools, preferably in performance marketing or social media content creation • English proficiency (written and spoken) • Proficiency with a range of AI platforms (including Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Kling AI, GPT Image Generation, HeyGen, and Eleven Labs) • Demonstrated ability to effectively use prompts, character and style referencing to produce specific results • Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for composition, pacing, and aesthetics suitable for short-form ads • Understanding of digital advertising best practices, particularly visual hooks and platform-specific requirements • Experience generating assets intended for use in short-form video (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Ads) • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into tangible visual solutions • Ability to work under tight deadlines and quickly iterate based on feedback • Innovative, highly creative with attention to detail, strong storytelling instincts, and a knack for viral content trends
