• Trifecta Retail Ventures is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to enhance recruitment. • Responsible for A/B testing job titles and descriptions to attract qualified candidates. • Manage accounts and candidates across job boards and optimize employer branding. • Collaborate with Talent Scouts and update job descriptions regularly. • Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for a smoother process.
Requirements
• Is creative and enjoys wordsmithing / writing. • Has excellent written and verbal English. • Prefers working independently with minimal supervision. • Is incredibly smart and resourceful. • Has excellent organisational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Is a recent or fresh graduate. • Has the right to work in the UK
