• Join our dynamic team at Trifecta Retail Ventures as a Talent Acquisition Manager! • We're looking for a passionate and driven individual eager to make an impact. • In this exciting role, you'll work directly with our Founder, gain hands-on experience, and develop essential skills in recruitment. • You'll be part of a high-performance team, working with a diverse portfolio of brands, making this a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. • This is a remote role that offers the flexibility to work from any location within a 4-hour flight radius of Hong Kong. • Manage Your Own Schedule: Enjoy a high degree of autonomy in your daily work. • Reach out to Candidates: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to independently reach out to potential candidates. • Screen Resumes and Applications: Review and screen candidate resumes and applications. • Conduct Initial Interviews: Book and conduct 15-minute video calls with candidates. • Schedule Longer Interviews: Book longer, more in-depth interviews with candidates. • Forward Promising Candidates: Consistently forward promising candidates to the co-founders or CEOs. • Collaborate: Work closely with our Founder to recruit for positions across the entire group. • Track Metrics: Continuously monitor and report on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English • Must be located within a 4-hour flight from Hong Kong and be available to travel to Hong Kong on short notice to conduct interviews • Prefers working independently with minimal supervision • Incredibly smart and resourceful • Excellent organisational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills • Has a "can do" attitude and is extremely proactive in their daily work
