Description

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Research Department. • Support I&R management with tasks and stakeholder communication. • Manage project documentation and support reporting. • Monitor and manage research administration activities.

Requirements

• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Able to work independently • Confidentiality required • Adaptability to change business needs • Intermediate experience with MS Office tools • Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Excellent attention to detail and time management • Proven team working skills • Project administrative/management experience is an advantage • Experience using project management software • A minimum of two years' administration experience • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • Experience working in an interdisciplinary team is desirable • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Knowledge of/experience in European Commission funding schemes
