Description

β€’ Provide clients support and consulting in AgileAssets software solutions. β€’ Help solve client problems and promote software utilization. β€’ Champion the AgileAssets software for client business teams. β€’ Develop technical skills to support clients' business processes. β€’ Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive management. β€’ Establish Quarterly Business Review to outline initiatives. β€’ Participate in marketing events and promote networking within the client community. β€’ Travel up to 20% if needed.

Requirements

β€’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or related field. β€’ MS in Transportation Engineering preferred β€’ 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company is highly preferred β€’ Knowledge and/or experience on transportation systems in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Maintenance, pavement, bridges, fleet, safety and/or facility management. β€’ Strong technical acumen, with database programming skills strongly preferred β€’ Excellent relationship development, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Consulting skills) β€’ Proven customer service capabilities, including expectation setting and management β€’ Positive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced environment β€’ Self-starter, energetic and motivated contributor β€’ Capable of establishing credibility, motivating others, instilling accountability, and achieving results
