📋 Description
• Provide clients support and consulting in AgileAssets software solutions. • Help solve client problems and promote software utilization. • Champion the AgileAssets software for client business teams. • Develop technical skills to support clients' business processes. • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive management. • Establish Quarterly Business Review to outline initiatives. • Participate in marketing events and promote networking within the client community. • Travel up to 20% if needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or related field. • MS in Transportation Engineering preferred • 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company is highly preferred • Knowledge and/or experience on transportation systems in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Maintenance, pavement, bridges, fleet, safety and/or facility management. • Strong technical acumen, with database programming skills strongly preferred • Excellent relationship development, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Consulting skills) • Proven customer service capabilities, including expectation setting and management • Positive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter, energetic and motivated contributor • Capable of establishing credibility, motivating others, instilling accountability, and achieving results
