Description
• Provide support and consulting in the use of AgileAssets software solutions • Help solve client problems and promote AgileAssets software • Focus on client growth and satisfaction, addressing defects and ensuring ongoing client happiness • Develop technical skills to support clients and configure software to meet requirements • Own and communicate the state of customer accounts for relationship management
Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or related field • 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company • Knowledge and/or experience in transportation systems in maintenance, pavement, bridges, fleet, safety and/or facility management • Strong technical acumen, with database programming skills • Excellent relationship development, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
