📋 Description

• Design and implement AVD environments using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency and scalability; • Automate deployment, scaling, and management of AVD resources using Terraform; • Provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues; • Monitor and maintain AVD performance, availability, and security; • Optimize AVD environments for cost-effectiveness and performance; • Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage, and identity services; • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate AVD solutions into CI/CD pipelines using Terraform; • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies for Azure environments; • Stay updated with the latest Azure and Terraform features, best practices, and industry trends; • Propose and implement enhancements to AVD and DevOps processes to improve efficiency and reliability; • Create and maintain detailed documentation for AVD deployments, configurations, and support procedures; • Maintain up-to-date documentation on DevOps processes, tools and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments; • Experience in cloud infrastructure management, particularly with Microsoft Azure; • Proven experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments and terraform; • Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, with experience in writing and maintaining Terraform scripts; • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including virtual networks, storage, compute, and identity management; • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI); • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues; • Strong understanding of networking, security, and governance in Azure environments; • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating Terraform into DevOps workflows; • Ability to work across multiple geographies; • Excellent written and verbal communication skill, with the ability to convey technical principles effectively.
