📋 Description

• Lead the design and architecture of complex integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integration projects, planning to maintenance. • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to the integration team, ensuring high code quality. • Implement API-led connectivity by building reusable APIs and connectors. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions. • Analyze, optimize, and enhance integration processes and solutions. • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with organizational policies. • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues, providing Level 3 support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years in software development and integration, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Mulesoft integration, and 3+ years in a leadership or lead developer role. • Proficiency with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio. • Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, along with RAML and JSON standards. • In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, best practices, and messaging systems. • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Github Actions, and Maven. • Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex integration projects on time and within scope. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, propose solutions, and lead efforts to implement and resolve them. • Knowledge of Salesforce integration, SAP connectors, and other enterprise systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
