β€’ Position allows for work remote. β€’ Focus on customer excellence through rapport building and establishing trust. β€’ Administers HR policies and procedures covering multiple functional areas. β€’ Investigates and resolves general issues related to HR processes and procedures. β€’ Provides prompt solutions, highly responsive, and superior customer service. β€’ Performs HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday and other applications. β€’ Processes employment verifications and requests for employment status. β€’ Collaborates with other HR Service Center team members to resolve unique and complicated issues. β€’ Enters and documents all incoming inquiries in detail. β€’ Reviews and validates information. β€’ Provides general personal/benefit information and processes related events for associates. β€’ Performs administrative activities, including HR forms completion and report preparation. β€’ Maintains confidentiality of department and associate information.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Annual Enrollment, Leave Administration, HRIS, process integration and Contact/Service Center operations. β€’ High School diploma with two (2) years of HR administrative or customer support experience in a high-volume environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. β€’ Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Systems, or related field is preferred. β€’ Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and Kronos time and attendance systems is preferred. β€’ Attention to detail and strong customer service experience required. β€’ Excellent telephone communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension. β€’ Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving skills required. β€’ Ability to organize and prioritize workload. β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet established deadlines. β€’ Ability to effectively interact with various functional areas and Ministry Organizations. β€’ Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. β€’ PC experience and demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Windows or related software. β€’ Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. β€’ Must possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring.
