Description

• Oversee quality operations for 12 hospice offices across three states. • Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal laws. • Create compliance and quality education materials. • Prepare quarterly Quality Improvement report. • Travel approx. 50% of the time, varying by season.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college/university. • At least three years of experience in a hospice-specific quality or compliance role in a regional or above capacity required. • Experience in leading a quality or compliance department in the hospice space is heavily preferred. • In depth knowledge and background in both CAHPS (consumer and palliative surveys) and HIS (hospice item set). • Strong ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of staff. • Knowledge of Consolo preferred. • Experience in EMR integration desired. • Background in developing educational content relative to hospice specific quality and compliance measures.
