🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event management, operations, or a related field (experience in remote-first organizations is a plus). • Ability to lead large, cross functional programs with various stakeholders with minimal oversight. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across teams and cultures. • Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and work with vendors. • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. • Willingness to travel as needed (15-25% travel expected).
