• Actively participate in cross-functional discussions to understand user needs and define new features • Define research strategy and manage multiple projects across methodologies • Design and conduct qualitative studies, analyze data, and share insights • Own research process end-to-end including ideation and execution • Create and analyze surveys, report findings • Communicate research findings internally in clear ways • Work cross-functionally with sales, design, product marketing, and management
• Minimum BA/BS degree in psychology, communication, statistics or related field • Advanced degree in behavioral or social sciences a plus • 4+ years of professional applied research experience • Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies • Extensive experience with qualitative research methods in user research • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to present research insights and supporting data clearly • Experience presenting to, influencing, and challenging senior stakeholders • Ability to formulate meaningful and impactful questions • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Experience with quantitative research methods and statistics a plus • Experience in B2B, travel, hospitality a plus
