• Manage and distribute positive reviews across relevant platforms in various formats to maximize visibility. • Identify and evaluate new review platforms to ensure comprehensive and effective coverage. • Continuously monitor online reviews and brand mentions to stay ahead of potential reputation risks. • Respond swiftly and effectively to negative reviews, turning challenges into opportunities. • Drive the growth of NPS and work to increase the volume of positive mentions across channels.
• Proven experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM). • Strong skills in monitoring and analyzing reviews, and creating compelling content that resonates with our audience. • Ability to respond promptly and effectively to reviews, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • A proactive approach to managing the company’s reputation, ensuring that our brand is positively represented at all times. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies. • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
