• Must be based in LATAM (preferred locations are Mexico, Columbia, or Argentina) • Bilingual in Spanish and English • 4-8 years of experience in full cycle recruitment • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • High level of professionalism and integrity
